The staff are highly knowledgeable and go into detail when suggesting and testing products. I went for a sleep apnea-friendly pillow, and was tested on two different beds with 5 different pillows to ensure good alignment.

I purchased a Hug Pillow from the Back and Neck Shop last week. People who know me well would know that I am a very poor sleeper and suffer with restless legs. The shape of the Hug Pillow allows you to have the lower part of it between your knees and the top part allows you to hug for amazing comfort. I had the best nights sleep in ages as the shape of the pillow stops that annoying urge to toss and turn. I would highly recommend you visit the Back and Neck Shop and check out their great selection of pillows, While you are there, see their amazing range of beds too.

This place is comprehensive and has a great selection of beds and mattresses.I went there specifically for specialised advice on pillows for a spinal injury, and the gentleman who helped me was really helpful, very knowledgeable , and understood the economic discomfort I'm experiencing.It's the first time I've been into a bed place where the staff had a comprehensive understanding of human ergonomics!!Highly recommended.

After sleeping on numerous uncomfortable beds and pillows over the years, it was a joy to discover the Back and Neck Bed Shop. I must have tried out every pillow there was but thanks to the outstanding knowledge of Kane, and helpful suggestions from Bree who encouraged me to stretch out and try out each of the pillows, I found the one that really suited me. It is a Polar Gel All Seasons Memory Foam that you can turn over for warmth or cooling depending on the season. No more stiff necks for me as it shapes into my head and neck, and I now get a good night’s sleep. We will be recommending Kane and his great sales service to all our family and friends.

Purchased our bed 10 years ago and needed to replace the pillows. Such a range to choose from, but knowledgeable staff offered options for our sleeping style and how they would go on our adjustable bed.Still had our original order on file so they knew which pillows we had originally purchased and were able to provide the newer equivalent model.Excellent service and worth the drive south of the river. Highly recommended.

Often you go into bed shops and they sell you the first thing you look at. This shop is different the staff are genuine about finding the right bed for you at the price point you want without upselling you and are just lovely people. It’s also a family owned business which I love to support. I have now bought 7 beds from them for family and friends as they are just exceptional in quality and service. Would not shop at the larger chains ever again. 10/10 - thanks to all the team at the Back and Neck Bed Shop - you are the best.

The Back and Neck Care Shop is a must visit next time you’re bed shopping. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who properly understand the bed construction materials as they are made at their own factory, with foam brand and type described on the flyer literature. The prices are very reasonable for a hotel quality bed. After hours of back and forth elsewhere at the major bed franchise shops trying to find a plush mattress that suited my wife and I, the market seemed way over priced and one of us was going to have to compromise on comfort, until a recommendation was made to visit this store from a friend. We were pleasantly surprised to find a plush mattress at the back and neck bed shop we both loved without the sticker shock. Great work guys, keep it up.

Excellent quality beds on display and difficult to choose, but Kane was very helpful with advice regarding firmness of the mattress. A week ago I bought queen latex mattress and base from this store.I was experiencing severe lower back pain and neck pain for years so I thought it is the time to change my 8 years old tempur memory foam mattress.After a week of trying to find the good mattress in several stores, I am so glad that I have found this store. I love my new mattress and after the second night- no more back pain in the morning.I also bought a latex pillow and my neck pain disappeared 😊. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this store

I couldn't believe I'd waited so long to come here to find a a mattress topper for my extremely uncomfortable bed. Ruth was very helpful in finding a n ew topper and a pillow, picking the best combo, but also giving me a couple of options to try. We were so lucky to get recommended to Back & Neck Beds, their selection is great with something for anyone looking for adjustable beds.After visiting them & choosing the one we liked, we went and visited the other 2 large bed companies across the road, but their selections & service we not up to the same standard!We went back, did the deal, they gave us free delivery & a couple of neck & shoulder pillows (which are awesome) & even organised for our old bed to be taken away.One week later the bed & mattresses were delivered, the guys were fantastic, friendly & thorough with explanations on the use of the electrics & left no mess!Couldn’t be happier 😀

This was my first time buying from The Back and Neck Bed Shop, in fact it was the first time I /we have ever bought a mattress without going into the shop to see or try it. It was a huge risk, but, the service was excellent and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. We have had the new mattress for about a week now, having taken a little while to get used to it, we have come to really like it. It was quite different to our old inner spring mattress which we had for . . . let’s say . . . too many years now. 😂😂 Plus, the big selling point for me, was, it is all made of natural products.
