Our customers can come in store with their measurements or if you live in the country or interstate we can take those details when you place your order. We ask all customers to provide the measurements at the time of purchase. It is a good idea when measuring for your custom cut mattress or topper to measure at least twice to make sure your measurements are absolutely correct.
Some of our customers even like to provide us with a trace or outline of the shape of their bed, especially if the edges of your custom cut latex mattress or topper has curved edges.
