I had been to quite a few bed shops when we were looking for our new bed. Often ignored or told to ask, when I needed help. What a nice surprise when I visited Kane in Myaree. An immediate warm welcome & the beds & their various features were explained without any pressure to buy. I explained that I would have to come back at a later date with my husband. Again no pressure, just a lovely friendly experience. Of course I took my husband back just before Christmas & Kane stayed open for us as we were coming from the country.

The King Size Adjustible beds we bought have been fantastic, especially for the aches & pains & also for watching television in bed. How decadent! Kane was a pleasure to deal with, being both understanding & generous with his time. I highly recommend this company.

Hiya, We just wanted to let you know how delighted we were to buy our new latex mattress from you yesterday. It was such a pleasure to discuss the product with you and we really appreciated the excellent information/service that we received, including such prompt delivery. It really did make spending a lot of money on a top quality mattress a sheer joy.

Considering that we initially set out to buy a second hand mattress from the Gumtree, this purchase was way beyond what we thought we could or would afford. However, health and environmental safety/conservation are very important to us, so we reached the best decision in that regard.

We recently purchased a latex mattress topper to go on our very hard caravan mattress. I found I had difficulty lifting the bed plus latex topper in the caravan which had built in gas struts.

I phoned Kane at Myaree to ask if we could exchange it to a memory foam topper instead as it was still in original packaging. He willingly obliged. We returned to the Cannington store where we had purchased it.

We were attended to by Tony who was very obliging & supportive. There was no quibbling, only decency & good natured customer service. I find the bed much easier to lift up now & look forward to a very comfortable time away in our newer caravan very soon.

Shopping for a new bedhead for my king sized bed I visited many stores looking for a quality made product, service and value. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality and cost of many of the bedheads available that was until I visited the Back and Neck Company.

The store is extremely inviting and I was warmly welcomed by Kane, a charming young man who clearly knows his products well. Kane took time to explain the details of each of the different models, costs and delivery date should I decide to purchase one of their products.

It was refreshing to receive this level of service and I purchased the Belgrave Bedhead which is a quality made product and extremely well priced. I was advised of the date and time of delivery, in addition I also received a call the day before delivery confirming that my delivery was on track and the day after delivery to ensure that both delivery and my new bedhead met my expectations. In short I received a quality made, well priced bedhead with excellent service and would definitely recommend a visit to The Back and Neck Company.

I bought a latex mattress with matching pillows and base from the Back and Neck Bedding Company to help rule out dust and dust mites because of my skin allergy. Kane and staff were very helpful in the selection and ordering process. The price of the suite was very competitive and the delivery was without incident.

Initially, I had a little trouble getting to sleep on the new unit and thought maybe I should of ordered a firmer mattress. However, I think that I have now become accustomed to the softer bed and seem to be sleeping well.

I would recommend The Back and Neck Bedding company to anyone seeking a latex bed.

We bought a Queen mattress initially and have since bought single mattresses for the kids. They are extremely comfortable and the service has been fantastic. I was particularly worried about the chemicals and fire retardants found in most modern mattresses and it is a relief that these ones are natural and healthy. We have recently purchased two of your beds. A king size for our residence and a queen size for our holiday home. We are enjoying both products equally well.

We have never enjoyed our beds so much in our life, whether it be lying in bed watching TV or sleeping. We have different settings for both activities. We really wonder how we survived in our old style beds.

Our Chihuahua dog has taken some time to adjust as he didn’t like the raised feet area. However he appears to be happy now. But he will only sleep on a level area.

We have just been on a cruise ship for a week and although we had a wonderful holiday we couldn’t wait to get home to our adjustable beds.
