2. Harvesting of Sap
Each night a new cut is made creating a new flow of latex

3. Latex flows to cup
Collection of latex to begin production

4. Concentrated
Used to convert diluted latex to a thicker liquid

5. Compounded
Mixing of latex, soaps & curing agents in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank

6. Foaming/Setting
Performed manually to alter the air and latex ratio to create the required firmness

7. Filling
Pouring of foamed liquid into an aluminium pin core mould

8. Vulcanisation
Heat applied to bake 100% natural latex

9. Stripping
Removing solidified product from mould

10. Washing/leaching
Removal of soap residues and other chemicals, aiding to increase durability

11. Drying
Extraction of all residual moisture (Water) Quality Check: 9 Point Pressure / Firmness / Consistency Test Meeting Stringent Quality Standard.

12. Cutting/Sizing
Cutting latex to required thicknesses

13. Hardness Test
Product tested through hardness tests and density meters (also hand inspected) QUALITY CHECK

14. Shipping
Movement of quality assured product from manufacturer to our warehouse

15. Arrival
Product arrives in container and unloaded ready for you the customer
